Please read these Cancellation and Refund carefully before using the Website which is developed by YOG FITT.

At the time of registration in our app when you agree to our terms and conditions it means that you agree to our refund policy as well.

Users may terminate their app membership at any time, for any reason.

Users will not be entitled to the refund of the Subscription taken by them in a way of registration/membership/renewal fee.

Users who wish to cancel their subscription are not permitted to seek a partial or full refund for any reason.

A Refund can not be given in part or whole for any subscription used or not used by any member for whatever reason.

Refunds are not permitted for members who have paid in full and then wish to take a discounted offer or promotion instead.

Support

We always try to fix the Website issue but as some of our apps depends on phone hardware so we might not be able to solve the issue if related to phone Hardware OR if you upgrade to a new Android Phone OR You Change your phone to different one.

Limited Liability

You accept that YOG FITT do not have any sort of liability what so ever for anything that may arise from the use of our app including any damage/s caused to your mobile/handset for any reason whatsoever.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately,without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
